KDHX's live on-line broadcast is encoded using MPEG layer III audio coding, more commonly
known as mp3 encoding. A wide array of media players can decode our live stream.
The following links can be used to listen to KDHX's live stream in a variety of players.
Some of these options might not work on your computer.
KDHX recommends the free version of Real Networks' RealOne player because it
can simultaneously display several different types of mutimedia content.
KDHX also offers on-demand streaming of past episodes of our music programs.
KDHX's archive streams are also encoded in mp3 format. We recommend Winamp or
iTunes to play these streams, though any mp3 player should do the trick. Archived
program links can currently be found on each program's page.
KDHX also offers podcasts of most of our
talk programs, though we unfortunately cannot
offer podcasts of our music programs at this time.
