Steve Patterson started Urban Review STL seven years ago, on Halloween 2004. That was many blog posts ago, as Steve's website has been picked as the Best Blog in St. Louis by The Riverfront Times in 2005 and again this year in the Best of St. Louis issue. Steve, also a stroke survivor, stops by Collateral Damage on his site's anniversary to talk about his urbanist views and how he's navigated life after being struck by a severe stroke.
