KDHX Education
education-general-color-thumb.jpgAnyone can become a proficient media producer and critical media consumer. We offer a variety of video and audio classes and employ a project-based model for equipment certification. To get involved, register to attend a KDHX orientation.

KDHX students not only learn how cameras and audio equipment work technically, but also learn aesthetics, how to use light and color to affect mood, and are given very specific projects to complete so they can practice integrating those skill sets. It is our belief that critical consumers make better producers, and that the only way to learn is to do.

Before registering for orientation or signing up for a class, please read our Education FAQ.

You may also download a PDF class registration form and mail it to KDHX to enroll in classes. Please remember to include payment of course fees and check to make sure all pre-requisites have been completed. Due to popularity and limited space, class registrations must be received at least 5 business days in advance, in order to attend the class. You will receive an email confirming your class enrollment.
