A songwriter from out of the Midwest trying to make a ripple....

I have been writing songs since I was 17 and I have had the good fortune to be able to have an audience, to listen since about as long. I have played in coffee houses, bars, birthday parties, weddings, divorces, and had some great opportunities like opening up for the great crusades out of Chicago for 3 weeks in Germany, Austria, and Sweden. I had a band at one time called the flatwheel band that opened up for David Allen Coe, the Marshall Tucker Band, Br549, and super grande from the Ozark mountain daredevils. I am still writing songs and playing acoustic at local bars and taverns trying to find the inspiration to write a better song, I just hope that someone some day will feel about one of my songs the way I feel about a lot of my heroes songs.
