In a program inspired by the installation in the Museum’s Bernoudy Permanent Collection Gallery, members of the St. Louis Symphony will perform works by Ludwig van Beethoven, Dmitri Shostakovich, and Philip Glass, reflecting the leitmotifs of real, radical, and psychological as they reflect historically on artworks from the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first centuries.
In partnership with the Department of Music in the Arts & Sciences, part of the St. Louis Symphony Community Partnership Symphony in Your College program.
